Overview
Elevate Workforce Solutions is a full-stack web-based recruitment platform developed using Django. The application allows job seekers to create accounts, search and filter jobs, upload resumes, and apply for vacancies. Employers can register their companies, create and manage job postings, review applications, and update candidate statuses through a dedicated dashboard. The system includes secure authentication, role-based access control, responsive Bootstrap UI, job search with filters and pagination, CV uploads, profile management, and an administrative dashboard. The project was deployed on PythonAnywhere and developed as part of a university Application Development module.
